About The Program
This is a five year Contact Session ordination programme of TWO MONTHS each year leading to award of Bachelor of Theology in Divinity Degree of Immanuel College of Theology. This programme is basically for Methodist and Anglican Churches.
Admission Requirements
a) Candidate must have at least five papers (including English Language, Bible Knowledge and at least one other Arts subject) at credit level in GCE Ordinary level or its equivalent.
OR
b) Diploma in Theology of Immanuel College of Theology and Christian Education, Samonda Ibadan or its equivalent together with five credits (including English language at the Ordinary level of the GCE or its equivalent.
CATEGORIES OF COURSES
To qualify for Bachelor degree, candidates shall be expected to take a combination of compulsory, required and elective courses. The terms used in describing the various categories of courses are defined as follows:
(a) Compulsory: A course specified by the College, which a student must take and pass,
(b) Required: A course specified by the College, which a student must take and not necessarily
pass, but must score at least 30%

(c) Elective: a course specified by the College, which a student can take in order to make up the
required additional units for the award of the degree.
